Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee all aspects of projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget, on schedule, and to customer specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating workflow, and communicating project progress to stakeholders and able to work EST or PST depending on project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead projects from beginning to end, ensuring that they are completed within budget, on time, and to customer specifications.
• Establish timelines and milestones for assigned projects and ensure team members meet them.
• Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and team members to identify requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, setting goals, evaluating performance, motivating team members, and resolving conflicts.
• Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
• Report regularly to senior management on project progress, budget, risk, and issues that might impact delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management or related field
• Five or more years of project management experience, preferably in a technology or software development environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficient in project management software such as Trello, Asana, or Jira
