Job Title: Data Quality Assurance 

Job Description:

In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining the quality and reliability of our data assets, which are crucial for informed decision-making and business success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain data quality standards, processes, and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop strategies for data validation and accuracy.
- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data anomalies and areas for improvement.
- Design and execute data quality audits and assessments, documenting results and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor data flows and manage data quality dashboards, providing timely and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to implement robust data quality solutions.
- Collaborate with business users to establish data quality metrics and key performance indicators.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to promote data quality awareness across the organization.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in data quality assurance, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of database systems, data modeling, and data management principles.
- Proficiency in data quality tools and software, such as SQL, Python, or other data analysis languages.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with data governance and compliance policies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
